Sessions last one hour and are once a month. It is suggested that you make a personal commitment to this journey of at least a minimum of one-year meeting monthly.

Please send these forms to arrive at least two days before your first appointment.
If you choose to meet online, have a computer in a private, quiet, uninterrupted space for your appointment. Light a candle. Silence your phone. Settle yourself.
You will need a webcam and microphone. A headset will insure your privacy. A healthy broadband connection is necessary and part of what is provided by most DSL or cable services. You will receive an email about five minutes before your session from Doxy.me. Click on the link and Kathy will greet you online.
